You may not be familiar with the names BRABBU and Maison Valentina but you will love their design ethos. Brabbu Design Forces have teamed up to bring elegant design solutions to challenging and demanding interior design projects with the KOI Collection.

I love seeing what international designers are doing and how interiors can be inspired by exquisite and unique cultures. Brabbu Design Forces show fierceness combined with elegant design bringing intensity to cosmopolitan lifestyles.

Brabbu Design Forces

Maison Valentina is a specialist bathroom interiors design company formed in 2014. They bring luxury to bathrooms filling a perceived gap in the statement bathroom industry. A dedication to design integrity, luxury and uniqueness has brought Maison Valentina together with Brabbu. Thus the KOI Collection was formed. Whilst each has different styles, they have in common the desire to bring together harmonious and uniquely styled interiors.

For me, these KOI Collection interiors are fabulously stylish but also very liveable. The fabrics are luxurious and inviting, the design elements are warm with luxe colours of gold, bronze and emerald. Plus elegant relaxation courtesy of creams, blue, yellow and grey.

The KOI Collection is also Koi Carp, a reflection of Japanese culture, its water features, Irezumi practice and in tattoos. The colours are chosen for their ability to blend into different environments enabling flexibility. When the sun falls on the scales of a Koi Carp, they shine through clear water so the shiny bronze surfaces have been incorporated to reflect that element.

Brabbu Design Forces are for lovers of refined interiors. There are strong elements reminiscent of the Art Deco era that I love. Clean, architectural lines and articulated detailing. Yet the interiors are not fussy or too minimalist. For me, there is a very pleasing blend of activity and definition. Rooms are not cluttered and lost yet they are not stark and under-formed either. Maybe it’s the international talent Brabbu Design Forces has in it’s design pool…maybe they just got lucky.

If you love interiors like this, then you’ll love a Beverley Hills Home, the stunning new modern masterpiece in bathrooms, incredible 150 million year old interior surfaces for your home, and Things of Stone & Wood.
